About Me

Welcome to InfinityJourneyToSelf.com, a sanctuary created by me, Lea. As a mother who understands the deep emotional challenges many women face, I’ve dedicated this space to helping women heal and reconnect with their true selves. After personally experiencing how unhealed trauma can unknowingly affect our children, I realized how easy it is to lose ourselves in the process of caring for others. At one point, I had neglected myself so much that I could barely function as a mother. It was only by embarking on a journey of self-care and self-awareness that I rediscovered the powerful, vibrant woman within me—a woman full of love, life, and energy.

Now, I am passionate about sharing this transformative experience with other women. Through the retreats I offer, my goal is to guide women on their own paths toward healing, helping them reclaim their inner strength and restore balance in their lives. My hope is to empower you to not only care for yourself but to become the best version of yourself for your children and those around you.
